Accommodation
JCUS is committed to the comfort and safety for students and thus provides the following information to assist students finding accommodation. JCUS will assist in identifying suitable accommodation and in locations that offer good accessibility to the campus as well as educational and recreational amenities. |

Please note that rental costs exclude registration fee & board and are subject to a minimum contractual period. the rental agreement is strictly between the student and the accommodation provider. Students are required to complete and return the Accommodation Confirmation Form and send it to JCUS together with the signed Student Contract.

CATEGORY A: PRIVATE APARTMENT
For those on a higher budget, private apartment makes a better option. These are comfortable apartment owned by individuals or property companies with the swimming pool, gym, BBQ area and 24 security facilities. You will find a complete range of choices from the luxurious to the basic, from the studious to penthouses, within the city centre or in suburban district
