JCU Australia has recent migrated their email system hence you need to change your password in order to access the new email.
Please make sure you take note of the following when making changes to your password:
1. Try the Password Strength Tool to ensure that you have an effective password.
2. Check if your current password meet the characteristic required here
3. Once you have decided on your new password, go to Identity Manager
4. Use your jc123456 ID and your current password to log in. If your current password is correct, the system will let you change your password. If you are unable to log in and change your password, please contact infohelp@jcu.edu.au
Please note that this password changes will change your LearnJCU password as well. The system need around an hour to synchronize your password with all of James Cook University services.
