Dr. Annabelle Chow is a clinical psychologist registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (APHRA) and the Singapore Psychological Society (SPS). She currently lectures in the professional course in Clinical Psychology at James Cook University. She also provides clinical and research supervision to postgraduate students. Apart from her academic responsibilities, Annabelle continues to work with adolescents, adults and the elderly in private practice.

Annabelle has clinical experience in both acute and community settings in Singapore and Australia. She has a special interest in personality disorder, trauma and abuse, as well as geriatric issues including dementia and grief and loss.  Annabelle believes that the needs of each individual are unique and different and this philosophy is reflected in her therapy choices. She is trained in and selects from a range of therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) based on each individual's needs.
