COVE is the smart way to find your next home in Singapore! At COVE we curate co-living spaces that leverage technology and design to make it easier, more convenient and more affordable for young people to rent in flatshares. We provide our tenants with stylishly furnished homes in central locations and make the whole rental process seamless from end to end. Our contract terms are flexible with only a minimum fixed period of 3 months, and our rental prices include everything from furnishings, utilities, WiFi, weekly cleaning, and kitchenware so all you have to do is show up with your luggage bags. Our tenants get access to a vibrant community of flatmates through regular social events so they feel part of a family from the moment they move in.

Kerrisdale is located in Farrer Park area. The nearest MRT station is Farrer Park MRT. The station is about 8 minutes’ walk away from the accommodation. To go to the campus, students can take a bus (Bus 13 or 67) from the bus stop at opposite Eminent Plaza along Lavender Street. Alight at Yi Xiu Factory Building along Sims Avenue, 6 stops later. From there, it will be a 5 minutes’ walk to the campus. Total journey is about 25 minutes. However, journey from the campus to the accommodation will be a slightly longer journey. Students will take a bus (Bus 64) at Block 45 along Sims Drive. Alight at Hoa Nam Building on Jalan Besar, 16 stops later. From there, it will be a 5 minutes’ walk to the accommodation. Total journey is about 35 minutes.

Access to Kerrisdale is by the main entrance. There will be a security guard on duty by the entrance. CCTVs are located at various access points and common areas of the accommodation. There's a swimming pool area, gym, and tennis court for the students to use. These are maintained by the service crew provided at Kerrisdale. Students can access their unit by taking the lift.

Every room is very spacious as it comes with a queen size bed, side table, wardrobe, and laundry basket. Cove Living provides weekly housekeeping and new bedding sets. Fees to such services are included in the monthly rental.
