The dialogue between Associate Professor Wang Pengji from James Cook University and Mr Saw Yong Kai, Assistant Manager, Community
Relations Department, National Environment Agency will be identifying various cost related to food waste and some tips and business opportunities will be discussed to help achieve Singapore’s zero waste target. It will also be discussing on the current waste management situation and what various stakeholders
can do to minimize waste and increase environmental stewardship.
