Dr Frederick Poi Kee Low

Associate Professor, Counselling

Associate Professor Frederick Low is a counselling psychologist with over 20 years of experience in the social service and education sectors in Singapore. Prior to joining James Cook University in Singapore, he was the Executive Director of Children’s Aid Society, a social service agency that operates a Children’s Home and a Community-based Counselling Centre.
