Professorial Lecture Webinar Series #1: Managing Across Generations: How Matures, Boomers, Gen Xers, and Millennials View Work- Professor Eddy Ng's research focuses on managing diversity for organizational competitiveness, the changing nature of work and organizations, and managing across generations.

As we celebrate our University’s 50th anniversary in 2020, our Professorial Lecture Webinar Series showcases research excellence across a number of disciplines. Our Professors collectively represent a body of expertise that translates research of directly practical importance to our place in the tropics.

Dr EddyProfessor Eddy Ng
Professor

Professor Ng is a Visiting Professor of Organisational Behaviour. His research focuses on managing diversity for organizational competitiveness, the changing nature of work and organizations, and managing across generations.  His work has been funded by the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada grants. He is actively involved in executive education, and he frequently comments on popular media outlets in Canada and the U.S.  He is also the Editor-in-Chief of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion and an Associate Editor for Personnel Review.  Prior to the academia, he spent 7 years with the TD Bank Financial Group.
