Kunal Karani is a Human Resources Leader at Johnson Johnson Singapore, where he partners with senior leaders to drive the talent agenda for the medical devices business in Asia Pacific.

Over his 13 year career, Kunal has worked with leading firms like Accenture across 3 countries - India, Singapore, Thailand having done talent management, talent development and business partnering roles. He is passionate about helping people achieve their true passion and purpose.

Kunal is based in Singapore with his wife and enjoys travelling, sports and reading.
