- Being an ‘Agent’ of student learning and change
- Introducing a Coaching Model
- The essential skills of coaching
- Identifying obstacles that Partners encounter in interviewing
- Focus group discussions on alternative ways to approach obstacles as a result of Workshop learning

Speaker Profile
Senior Lecturer, Education (Guidance & Counselling) Geoff McNulty is Senior Lecturer Education (Guidance and Counselling) and Program Manager for the Master of Guidance and Counselling Course at the Singapore campus of James Cook University. This is his second time at the University in Singapore. Occupying the same role for a three year period before, he then took some time out for his own professional development, going back to clinical practice as a Supervisor of Counsellors/Psychotherapists in the UK, before returning back to Singapore two years ago. |
