Psychology in Workforce: Management of Millennials & Gen Z

Course Objectives (Learning Outcomes)

By the end of this course, learners will:

  1. Be able to analyse the contemporary practices in Organisation.
  2. Be able to develop strategies to manage the Millennials and Gen Z.
  3. Understand the factors that affect motivation and integrate them into management strategies.

Course Content (Synopsis)

Millennials have taken over the workplace and Gen Z is fast on their heels as each year goes by. This course focuses on the management of Millennials and Gen Z by seeking to understand the factors that motivate them.

Learners will be able to identify the differences between Millennials and Gen Z and minute differences within each demographic cohort.

They will be actively engaged in the learning process, applying their learning in case scenarios in a group setting to simulate the collaborative work environments that Millennials prefer.

Line managers, supervisors, first-time managers, those in human resource roles and those managing a team at work.
