Ratna’s interests are in corporate social responsibility and employee engagement. Consequentially, she is exploring skills-based volunteering from a social, economic and environmental standpoint. Her PhD thesis centres on corporate volunteering (CV), employee participation and the impact on employee engagement at work, testing different dimensions from organizational and individual perspectives.
