Woodsville 28 is located in the Potong Pasir area. The nearest MRT stations is Potong Pasir MRT. The station is about 5 minutes’ walk away from the accommodation. Students can take a bus (Bus 13) located at Sant Ritz condominium along Upper Serangoon Road. Alight at Yi Xiu Factor Building, Sims Ave, 12 stops later. From there, students can take a 5 minutes’ walk to the campus. Total journey is about 25 minutes.

There is a 24/7 guard post at the main entrance and CCTV located at various access points of the accommodation. There are various facilities at Woodsville 28, such as a pool, gym, and BBQ pits. These are maintained by the service crew provided at Woodsville 28.

The unit is very spacious and each room comes with air-condition, study table, and wardrobe. HomeyDays provides weekly housekeeping for the common areas of the unit. Students are responsible to their own room cleanliness.
