Professor Jochen Wirtz is Vice Dean MBA Programmes and Professor of Marketing at the National University of Singapore. He is a leading authority on service management with more than 200 publications.

His 20 over books include Intelligent Automation: Learn How to Harness Artificial Intelligence to Boost Business & Make Our World More Human (2021), Services Marketing: People, Technology, Strategy (9th edition, 2022), and Essentials of Services Marketing (4th edition, 2023). With translations and adaptations for over 26 countries and regions, and combined sales of over 1 million copies, they have become globally leading services marketing textbooks.

In addition to his publications, Prof. Wirtz has been recognised as one of the 86 highly cited researchers in economics and business for 2023 (Web of Science). This distinction places him among the world’s most prominent researchers, as highlighted by the Highly Cited Researchers 2023 (list published by data analytics firm Clarivate). This recognition underscores his profound impact on both academic research and practical applications in service marketing.

Prof. Wirtz’s ongoing contributions ensure that he remains at the forefront of his field, where his expertise continues to shape the strategies of service businesses worldwide.

Professor Dr Lim Weng Marc is a Distinguished Professor and the Dean of Sunway Business School at Sunway University, an ASU-Cintana Alliance Global Partner Affiliate Faculty at Arizona State University in the United States of America, and an Adjunct Professor at Swinburne University of Technology’s home campus in Melbourne, Australia, and international branch campus in Sarawak, Malaysia, where he served as Dean and Head of School as well as on the University Council.

Professor Lim is the Record Holder for “Youngest Professor” in the Malaysia Book of Records and features in the Academy of Sciences Malaysia’s Top Research Scientists Malaysia and JCI’s Ten Outstanding Young Malaysians. With over 100 publications in prestigious “A*” and “A” ranked journals, Professor Lim’s research has been cited more than 25,000 times.

As a thought leader, Professor Lim has led high-level discussions around business strategy and responsible management at the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB), Association of MBAs (AMBA), Business Graduates Association (BGA), Quacquarelli Symonds (QS), Times Higher Education (THE), United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), and World Economic Forum (WEF).

Professor Lim holds a Bachelor of Business and Commerce with First Class Honors and a Doctor of Philosophy from Monash University, and multiple certificates post-PhD, including a Graduate Certificate in Learning and Teaching (Higher Education) with High Distinction from Swinburne University of Technology and a Certificate in School Management and Leadership from Harvard University.

Alexander, Professor of Marketing at Copenhagen Business School and Director of the Centre for Tourism and Culture Management as well as the Centre for Advances in Tourism Research at James Cook University, Singapore, serves as President of the Association of Tourism Researchers in Denmark and co-founder and Director of the leading global research network NEST.

His impactful research is published in top journals like the Journal of Marketing, earning him awards such as the Tietgen's Gold Medal and the Charles R. Goeldner Award. Distinguished in both teaching and research, he was recently recognized as one of the world’s top tourism researchers based on his significant contributions to the field.

He is regularly sought out for consultation on tourist and consumer behavior and management strategy.

Professor Adrian Kuah
Professor of Strategy and Sustainability

Professor Adrian Kuah FRSA is the first Full Professor of Strategy and Sustainability at James Cook University and founder of the Circular Economy and Sustainability program at the Cairns Institute in 2017. Throughout his career, he has published nearly 100 research papers and secured over $900,000 in grants from organizations in the UK, Finland, France, Australia, and Singapore. He is recognized as one of the top 2.5% of circular economy researchers globally by ScholarGPS and ranks among the top six in this field on Scopus. Professor Kuah made impactful contributions to the field as a member of Singapore’s Committee for Circularity of Material and International Expert at the International Organization of Standardization. He served as Head of Delegation for Singapore at ISO/TC 323 meetings in Brazil and Rwanda and is one of two ISO experts appointed to advance standardization of ISO 59000 across 13 developing countries in East, Southeast and South Asia. In 2024, he was honored with the title of Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts in London for his ongoing contributions to sustainability.

Putrie Rozana is the Deputy CEO of the Sarawak Trade and Tourism Office Singapore (STATOS), where she plays a pivotal role in promoting Sarawak as a prime destination for trade, investment, and tourism. With over a decade of experience as an accomplished marketing strategist for various global brands prior to her current role, Putrie has led strategic initiatives that strengthened Sarawak’s presence in Singapore. Beyond her professional role, Putrie is passionate about cultural exchange and sustainable tourism. She enjoys exploring new markets, connecting people, and fostering economic growth through meaningful collaborations.


Mr Dalson Chung

Mr Chung was educated in Germany and Singapore. He was awarded the Singapore Government Scholarship in 1977 and obtained his bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering from Essen University in Germany in 1982 and his Masters of Science in Civil Engineering from the National University of Singapore in 1989.  He later obtained his Masters in Business Administration from the National University of Singapore under the Singapore Government’s scholarship for post-graduate study in 1996.

After graduating from Germany, Mr Chung joined the then Ministry of the Environment (ENV) in 1984 and has since held various appointments in ENV, NEA and the Ministry of Environment and Water Resources (MEWR).  He started his career in ENV as an Engineer in the Sewerage Department and Drainage Department before becoming a Senior Engineer with the International Environment and Policy Department.  He was later promoted to Chief Engineer (Waste Minimisation) of the Resource Conservation Department in NEA. He was also Head (Operations) of NEA’s Environmental Health Department from 2004 to 2006 before being seconded to MEWR as its Director, 3P Partnership Division from 2006 to 2009. He was the Director of Sustainability Office in NEA from 2010 to 2017 which was a concurrent appointment to his appointment of Director (Industry Development and Promotion).

Mr Chung is the Deputy Chairman of the Environment and Resources Standards Committee set up by the Enterprise Singapore, and chairs the Technical Committee on Circularity of Materials, co-chairs the National Mirror Committee on ISO Circular Economy standards.  He was the President of the Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES) from May 2022 to May 2024.  He is a Fellow of IES, Chartered Engineer Singapore (Environment and Water).  He is also a member of the IES’ Engineering Accreditation Board. He is a Member of the Singapore Environment Council’s Singapore Green Labelling Steering Committee and Sustainability Capability Development Committee.  He is He is also a member of the Singapore Accreditation Council.  He is an Advisory Member of NUS’ College of Design and Engineering.

As Founder and CEO of Enzyme Consulting, he partners with governments, industry leaders, and global organisations to design resilient, market-ready strategies that drive real-world impact.

Andrew has led transformative projects across Southeast Asia and the Pacific, spanning regenerative tourism, AgriFood technology development, inclusive tourism, and market integration across the HORECA sector. With deep global experience—including work with the Smithsonian, United Nations, and WWF—he applies systems thinking to design and implement sustainability-driven business models, integrating supply chains, regenerative strategies, and market adaptation to drive lasting impact.

He holds a Bachelor of Technology Innovation (First Class Honours) from QUT and certifications in Sustainable Business Strategy (Harvard), Design Thinking (UnSchool), and Regenerative Design & Development (Regenesis Institute). A trusted advisor, start-up mentor, and sought-after speaker, he has lectured postgraduate students at RMIT Vietnam, NUS, SIT, and SIM on navigating complexity in food and tourism systems, living systems thinking, and market entry strategies in APAC.

Ms Latifahaida Abdul Latif

Latifahaida is an international trade negotiator specialising in the financial sector. She joins the ASEAN Secretariat as Assistant Director responsible for the analysis and monitoring of finance and socioeconomic issues which include sustainability agenda for the ASEAN Economic Community. Prior to this, Latifahaida was a Trade and Commercial Advisor with the British High Commission, Kuala Lumpur; Deputy Director of International Department at the Central Bank of Malaysia; and Assistant Director at the Ministry of International Trade and Industry, Malaysia.

Latifahaida is a passionate advocate of feminist economics. She graduated with a Bachelor degree in Accounting from Universiti Sains Malaysia and completed her Masters degree (MSc) in Political Economy of Development from the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS), London.
