Ethics, Organisations and Society Research Cluster #2 - How to create resilience in small firms in times of crisis?

When: 27 November 2023, 4pm to 5pm
Location:Online Webinar

In current turbulent business environments, small companies are often struggling to innovate but also to remain competitive. This poses a significant challenge, as turbulence is emerging as ‘the new normal’. Different crises also highlighted the pressing need for companies to manage, market, and develop corporate brands, even if most SMEs cannot afford to develop detailed branding strategies or employ brand managers. Therefore, in this webinar, we will explore different ways of how small companies can recover from the consequences of crises by using research-based tools to strengthen their branding and networking capabilities, thereby improving their competitive prospects.
