Lim Meng Huat R&D Director Apollo Aquaculture Meng Huat runs two business entities in the Apollo Aquaculture Group. As Production/R&D Director at the Apollo Aquaculture Group, he deals with food fish production and steers aquaculture R&D activities including managing laboratory activities and grant applications. As the Director of Apollo Aquarium, his work revolves around the operations of the ornamental fish business, managing sales and marketing as well as import and export activities.
