Chief Operating Officer
Biography
Dr. Foo has built her career in strategic planning, programme development, and operations management within the higher education and public research sectors.
Prior to joining James Cook University in Singapore, she held senior roles at the Agency for Science, Technology and Research and the Singapore University of Technology and Design, where she led initiatives in digital innovation, programme development, and institutional operations.
Earlier in her career, she was with the Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore, contributing to national programmes in mobile and wireless technologies. She holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from the University of Surrey, and Electrical Engineering degrees from Cornell University.
