Biography
Associate Professor Huiping Zhang joined JCU Singapore in Sep 2015. She teaches business courses such as Accounting and Finance for Managers at the MBA level and Business Data Analysis and Interpretation and Multinational Business Finance for undergraduates. Her research focuses on the effects of liquidity on asset returns, return co-movement, and empirical asset pricing in the international stock markets. She has published several articles in the high-quality finance journals such as Journal of Financial Economics, Journal of Empirical Finance, and the Financial Review.
Prior to her joining of JCU Singapore, she was an Associate Professor in Finance at Shanghai University of Finance and Economics in China, where she worked as an Assistant Professor in Finance from Sep 2011 to Jun 2015.
