Thought leadership to Industry, Government & Universities

Some of her research findings and analysis from two publications on urban planning and aging were discussed at the Economist Intelligence Corporate Network (EICN) as a panel speaker in 2023 to address challenges of promoting productive, inclusive and sustainable urbanization in cities, attended by more than a hundred A-Suite executives from various MNCs and business corporations in Singapore. These deliberations influence industry practices & standards as these companies operate their HQ out of Singapore.

In another high-level discussion with Potsdam City Council administrators and the community in 2022, she was one of the knowledge experts from the New Club of Paris (NCP) to deliberate on how to transform Potsdam from a Science City to a Knowledge City. Her research on Singapore’s urban design planning, transportation system & urban farming has provided valuable insights that engaged the city planners and administrators in this pertinent meeting.  Her deliberations regarding Singapore have been published with Le Monde Diplomatique Sep issue (The Diplomatic World), a French monthly newspaper with 5,000 copies distributed, dedicated to foreign policy and geopolitics.

Her research has enabled me to advocate for change in policy discussions, industry events and public forums of the highest level.
