Biography
As Head, AI and Learning Technology, Harry leads the campus-wide strategy, governance, and adoption of AI-enhanced teaching and learning at JCU Singapore, balancing innovation with instructional risk, academic integrity, and the long-term implications for pedagogy. He leads the Learning Technologies team in delivering educational technology strategy, the Learning Management System ecosystem, faculty professional development, and analytics-driven reporting to support evidence-based planning, while representing JCUS's position on AI in education at external sector forums.
Research Interests
Harry's research interests centre on the responsible adoption of artificial intelligence in higher education — including AI governance, AI-aware pedagogy, and the development of virtual reality, gamification, and simulations to improve teaching, learning, and workplace performance.
