Biography
Keerthigha is a PhD candidate and sessional lecturer at James Cook University, Singapore. Her doctoral research investigates the impact of helicopter parenting on youths. The research is centered on the dual perspective model in social cognition literature. She examines variables such as kiasuism, prosociality, and resilience through text mining, correlational, and quasi-experimental studies. Apart from her doctoral research, Keerthigha also conducts advanced statistical analyses for co-authored publications and teaching sessions.
