Sean holds a PhD in Psychology (Singapore Management University), as well as a Master’s (Singapore Management University) and Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology (Murdoch University). He also holds tertiary qualifications in Statistics and Data Mining, and Biomedical Science. Sean specializes in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. His research focuses on how we may enhance employees’ creativity, as well as promote better health and overall well-being. Prior to joining JCU, Sean held teaching positions at the Singapore Management University and Prep-Zone Academy Singapore.

In recognition of his academic achievements, Sean has received prestigious awards such as the Fred Long Award for Research Excellence (Singapore Psychological Society), Presidential Doctoral Fellowship Award (Singapore Management University), and Multidisciplinary Doctoral Fellowship Award (Singapore Management University).
