Privately operated accommodation providers which offer different types of accommodation with a minimum contract period of three months are available.

To confirm accommodation, accommodation service providers may require students to pay the following:

• one month rental rate
• refundable deposit if the student fulfils their contractual obligations
• miscellaneous fees, including administration fee, and access card fee

All accommodation providers work on the concept of co-living accommodation. Please do take note that James Cook University does not own any accommodation, and does not run the service for a profit.
