EVO Global Services strive to achieve safety, luxury and provide the best possible space for students at EVO Global Services, to be able to give their undivided attention to their most important task at this time: studying. They completely understand the concerns of parents, in not being physically present to help their child. This is why they have caregivers who help with student’s needs, present to help during a variety of situations and circumstances, good or bad.

Sunshine Plaza Residences is located in the Bugis area. The nearest MRT station is the Bencoolen MRT. The station is about 5 minutes walk from the accommodation. Travelling to the campus, students are required to walk to the bus stop at Peace Centre along Selegie Road. Students are required to take a bus (Bus 64) from there and alight at Block 45 along Sims Drive, 17 stops later. From there, it will be a 5 minute walk to the campus. The journey is about 35 minutes. Journey from the campus to the accommodation is about the same duration. Students will have to walk to the bus stop at Sims Place Terminal and take a bus (Bus 64). Alight 20 stops later at the bus stop before Bencoolen MRT Station Exit A. From there, it will be a 3 minutes walk to the accommodation.

Access to Sunshine Plaza Residences is by access card. There is a 24/7 guard post at the main entrance and CCTV located at various access points of the accommodation. There are various facilities at Sunshine Plaza Residences, such as a pool, gym, and BBQ pits. These are maintained by the service crew provided at Sunshine Plaza Residences. Students can access their unit by taking the lifts.

The unit is very spacious and each room comes with an air-condition, study table, and wardrobe. EVO Global Services provides weekly housekeeping for the common areas of the unit. There is also a CCTV installed in every unit to ensure the safety of students. Fees to such services are included in the monthly rental.
