Central Imperial is a condominium and is 10-minute walk to JCU. It is within walking distance to Aljunied and Mountbatten MRT stations. CBD is also easily accessible via buses.
Facilities at Central Imperial include a small gymnasium room and swimming deck pool.
Residents at Central Imperial can get to nearby supermarkets or shopping malls within the area for an array of amenities such as grocery and retail shopping, eateries and more. Sheng Siong supermarket is just opposite the road within a 2-minute walk.
