Our campus is equipped with sporting facilities, complemented by partnerships with premier external venue operators, all designed to help you stay active, socialise, and enjoy a balanced university experience. From on-campus recreation to professional-grade sports venues, our facilities and partnerships are open to all students seeking an active lifestyle.

Basketball Court	Our on-campus outdoor court is a central hub for student life. Whether you are joining a JCU sports Interest group practice or a casual pick-up game between lectures, it provides a high-energy space for basketball enthusiasts.
Volleyball Court	JCU partners with external sports hubs to provide professional volleyball courts. This ensures our Volleyball Interest group enjoy high-quality surfaces and competition-standard facilities off-campus.
Badminton Hall	JCU partners with professional sports centres to provide high-quality indoor badminton courts. These off-campus venues offer a professional setup with competition-grade flooring, ideal for both fast-paced training and recreational fun.
Table Tennis Court	These facilities provide a great way to de-stress in a comfortable, air-conditioned environment. Off-campus recreation zones are available during the day, while on-campus tables are available for use after 6pm.

Student Access & Information
* On-Campus Facilities: The basketball court and table tennis areas are open for all students.
* Partner Venues: Access to off campus volleyball and badminton courts are coordinated via the Campus Activities Office.
* Sports Interest Groups: We encourage students to join the JCU Interest Groups and Community Sports and Fitness Wing to participate in weekly sessions and inter-university competitions.

2. Casual Play vs. Interest Group Training

Who it's for	Individual students/groups of friends.	Registered JCU Interest Groups.
Payment	Payment will be made on behalf of students by the Campus Activities Office.	Upfront payment. Reimbursed after training.
Booking Facilitator	Facilitated by the University.	The President of the IG books directly with the venue.
