COVE is the smart way to find your next home in Singapore! At COVE we curate co-living spaces that leverage technology and design to make it easier, more convenient and more affordable for young people to rent in flatshares. We provide our tenants with stylishly furnished homes in central locations and make the whole rental process seamless from end to end. Our contract terms are flexible with only a minimum fixed period of 3 months, and our rental prices include everything from furnishings, utilities, WiFi, weekly cleaning, and kitchenware so all you have to do is show up with your luggage bags. Our tenants get access to a vibrant community of flatmates through regular social events so they feel part of a family from the moment they move in.

Park 1 Suites is located in Paya Lebar area. The nearest MRT station is Paya Lebar MRT. The station is about 10 minutes’ walk away from the accommodation. To go to the campus, students can take a bus (Bus 137) from the bus stop along Geylang Road. Alight at Block 45 along Sims Drive, 6 stops later. From there, it will be 5 minutes’ walk to the campus. Total journey is about 20 minutes. Journey from the campus to the accommodation will be around the same duration. Students will walk to the bus stop at Yi Xiu Factory Building along Sims Avenue. Board a bus (Bus 2, 2A, 13, 21, 26, 51, 67) and alight at Simsville on Sims Avenue, 4 stops later. From there, it will a 10 minutes’ walk to the accommodation.

Access to Park 1 Suites is by the main entrance. The entrance is open by an access code. CCTVs are located at various access points and common areas of the accommodation. There's a small swimming pool area for the students to use. These are maintained by the service crew provided at Park 1 Suites. Students can access their unit by taking the lift.

Every room is very spacious as it comes with a queen size bed, side table, wardrobe, and laundry basket. Cove Living provides weekly housekeeping and new bedding sets. Fees to such services are included in the monthly rental.
