Brickhouse 23 is located along Sims Ave. Students will only need to take a 5 minutes’ walk to campus. The nearest MRT station is Kallang MRT. It is 10 minutes’ walk from the apartment.

Access to the apartment is by access card at the gate and keys to the respective units and rooms. There are CCTV installed at the first level, monitoring all access points. There is an admin office at level 1. Students can approach the accommodation provider during office hours if required. There will also be a night shift staff available for them.

Brickhouse @ Sims have a total of 7 floors. Each floor as a unit and is accessible by a lift. Each unit has 5 rooms in it. At any moment of time, there will be 2 groups of individuals holding onto keys to the unit. They are the accommodation provider and the students. Each unit is equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi. A personal wardrobe and study table is available in each room. Students are able to share the kitchen and the living room together. Housekeeping at the common area will be done once a week by a cleaner. Students are responsible for the respective room cleanliness.
