COVE is the smart way to find your next home in Singapore! At COVE we curate co-living spaces that leverage technology and design to make it easier, more convenient and more affordable for young people to rent in flatshares. We provide our tenants with stylishly furnished homes in central locations and make the whole rental process seamless from end to end. Our contract terms are flexible with only a minimum fixed period of 3 months, and our rental prices include everything from furnishings, utilities, WiFi, weekly cleaning, and kitchenware so all you have to do is show up with your luggage bags. Our tenants get access to a vibrant community of flatmates through regular social events so they feel part of a family from the moment they move in.

TRE Residences is located in Geylang area. The nearest MRT station is Aljunied MRT. The station is about 3 minutes’ walk away from the accommodation. To go to the campus, students can either choose to walk or to take a bus. Walking would be a better option. Students can walk under the MRT tracks from Aljunied MRT. Walk towards Lorong 23 Geylang. From there, walk towards Sims Place and the campus is nearby. Total journey is about 15 minutes. On a rainy day, students may choose to take a bus (Bus 134) along Geylang East Central. Alight at Block 45 along Sims Drive, 2 stops later. From there, it will be a 3 minute walk to the campus. Total journey is about 20 minutes.

Access to TRE Residences is by the main entrance. There will be a security guard on duty by the entrance. CCTVs are located at various access points and common areas of the accommodation. There's a swimming pool area and gym for the students to use. These are maintained by the service crew provided at TRE Residences. Students can access their unit by taking the lift.

Every room is very spacious as it comes with a queen size bed, side table, wardrobe, and laundry basket. Cove Living provides weekly housekeeping and new bedding sets. Fees to such services are included in the monthly rental.
