Singapore Environment Council – Eco Office (2018)
- By attaining the Eco-Office Certification, it affirms our staff and students that James Cook University is taking a serious and firm stance in implementing effective environmentally-friendly practices by increasing eco-consciousness among the stakeholders and effectively reduce the carbon footprints by reducing usage of paper, water and electricity and actively promoting reduce, reuse and recycling.
Singapore Environment Council – Eco F&B (2019)
- Eco F&B is a certification programme that assesses the environmental management system of a food establishment, in this case, our canteen within James Cook University campus.
- We work closely with the canteen operator to adopt environmentally-sustainable practices and using green products to reduce carbon footprints and promote sustainability.
