Student Advisory Services

The Student Advisory services aim to provide support in clarifying James Cook University (Singapore Campus) student-related policies and procedures in the areas of Academic Status and Academic Misconduct. All information provided are independent of the decision-making process.

Student Advisors can be contacted through jcusstudent-advisor@jcu.edu.au and will reply within 2 university working days.

Student Review and Appeals Policy

Students who receive an Academic Performance Notice (APN) can consult a Student Advisor in a Progressions Meeting on matters regarding the Student Review and Appeals Policy before making an informed decision pertaining their Academic Status.

Students can get to clarify matters within the Academic and Statutory Decisions Review and Appeal Procedure in the discussion.

To find out more, students can refer to the FAQ to find answers to some commonly asked questions.

Academic Misconduct Procedure

Students facing allegations of Academic Misconduct can likewise consult a Student Advisor to clarify matters regarding the Academic Misconduct Procedure before their Hearing. Students will be guided through the preparation process to the options for review after the Hearing outcome.
