Their flats are fully equipped so their clients only need to bring in their luggage. They also provide services and supports throughout the entire lease term, such as maintenance and repair, housekeeping and add-on services. Their dedicated manager and support team are always ready to provide a quick and proper response.

Simsville is located in Paya Lebar area. The nearest MRT station is Paya Lebar MRT. The station is about 5 minutes walk away from the accommodation. To go to the campus, students can either choose to walk or to take a bus. Walking would be a better option. Students can walk under the MRT tracks towards Aljunied MRT. Cross over the bridge towards Lorong 23 Geylang. From there, walk towards Sims Place and the campus is nearby. Total journey is about 20 minutes. On a rainy day, students may choose to take a bus (Bus 134) along Paya Lebar Road. Alight at Block 45 along Sims Drive, 6 stops later. From there, it will be a 3 minute walk to the campus. Total journey is about 20 minutes.

For every unit, it comes with a fully equipped kitchen, washer, dryer, TV, and sofa. Every room comes with an air-conditioner and a wardrobe. Dash Living provides weekly housekeeping to the unit and also the rooms. Fees to such services are included in the monthly rental.
