Service Standards for accommodation providers

Our accommodation providers must meet benchmark standards set by the University relating to all aspects of accommodation services.

Security Deposit
First month or full duration for less than 1 month stay rental to be paid in full prior to check- in.
Lease of 1 month and below:- Security Deposit is waived on condition that first month rental is received in full prior to check-in.
Lease of more than 1 month up to 3 months:- Security deposit equivalent to half a month rental is required.
Lease of more than 3 months and above:- Security Deposit of one month rental is required.
Please note that S$250.00 will be required from the occupant upon check-in and it will be refunded after check-out if there is no outstanding payment.
