Versilia On Haig is located Paya Lebar area. It is 15 minutes’ walk to Dakota MRT and Paya Lebar MRT Station. It was completed in 2010 and it comprises 128 units. Versilia On Haig is a 3 minute walk to the One KM mall. It is close to a number of good food centres e.g. Haig Road Food Centre, Old Airport Road Food Centre, Dunman Road Food Centre, and Tanjong Katong Road eateries. 
Facilities at Versilia On Haig include a lap pool, hot spa pool, steam rooms, BBQ pits, gym, function room, reading corner and playground. Students can take a bus (Bus 134) to the campus from the nearby bus stop after Queen of Peace Church, Tanjong Katong Road. Alight at Block 45, Sims Drive, 7 stops later, and walk 5 minutes to the campus. The journey will take about 30 minutes.

For every unit, it comes with a fully equipped kitchen, washer, dryer, TV, sofa, and pool view. Every room comes with an air-conditioner and a wardrobe. Dash Living provides weekly housekeeping to the unit and also the rooms. Fees to such services are included in the monthly rental.
